Annual cleaning

Yearly cleaning is $149 for the first indoor unit and $59 for each additional unit. We clean filters, coil, blower wheel, drain line, and outdoor coil, then check refrigerant.

It is practical maintenance for a system you rely on through a Maine winter.

Repairs when you need them

We repair units we installed and most other cold-climate brands. From November through March, customers whose heat pump stops get a same-day callback, seven days a week.
